Who we are

Expert Communications Limited is an internet service provider and ICT consultant based on Airport Road, Juba, South Sudan, operating across South Sudan and the wider East African region.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Enquiry and quote requests. If you complete a form on this site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, organisation and your message.
• Direct contact. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence in the ordinary course of business.

This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver services you have asked for, and keep in touch about that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Who else is involved

Two third-party services are used on this site, and each may receive limited technical data:

• Google Maps — the map on our contact section is embedded from Google. Loading it may set cookies and share your IP address with Google.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We may use a third-party provider to receive form submissions and deliver them to us by email; where we do, they process the data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our business and legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, contact us and we will do so where we are not required to retain it.

Keeping it secure

This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, and we restrict access to staff who need it to do their work. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we will tell affected people promptly if a breach occurs that puts their information at material risk.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You are never required to use a form on this site — you are welcome to phone or email us instead.
